What's the Meditation Accompaniment

An unconditional listening, support, welcoming of what needs to reveal itself in you and by yourself, for your own unique path, unique. It suits some people and not others, or not right away basically, it all depends on where the person is in her life.

Finally, this meditation accompaniment means the necessity on a path to integrate these two dimensions even if they are one. To not get lost either in spiritual illusions because there is an unconscious remained ignored, or not to get lost in psychological illusions that the body, the personality is the identity of a being.

And the meditative practice experienced on a regular basis, in everyday actions, is both the most encountered difficulty and the key which opens to the progressive disappearance of fear and worrying. Such is the recognition of the unshakeable inner peace of who we are.

The Self is for all being, the center, the source, and the personality the periphery, the extension. We can live from the fullness of the Self through its recognition or from the suffering of the personality separated from its center.

This personality linked to the physical body, the intellect and the emotions, can be transparent to the Self or bereaved by the fear of disappearing.

The personality transparent to the Self allows one to manifest oneself in a different, unique and universal way.

The path is therefore always to see that interior and exterior are one great inseparable whole. "God is love. And the one who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him."

Self-recognition is how we learn to stay in a conscious love and loving awareness. The daily crossing of an ordinary and unique life made up of both trials and wonders. Belongings or loneliness as so many blessings ans barriers to recognize itself. How the different faces of the ephemeral that are the body, work, money, relationships, entertainment, will prolong or harm eternity.

The always upsetting encounter between the life outside and inside and how each of them connects to the other or tries to make it disappear. Until by a persevering attention given to what does not die, a meditative practice, they merge into one great life, free to love everything, to understand everything.

What happens during an accompaniment

I offer meditation Accompaniment over twelve months to allow you to be more constant in your commitment to your meditative practice in order to realize the meaning of all life: the encounter with yourself. When you take care of your interior, it takes care of your exterior life.

Meditation accompaniment replaces meditative practice or contemplative prayer at the center of your life, at the heart of daily difficulties which are addressed in sessions.

This Accompaniment includes a two-hour dialogue twice a month, plus once a week, an appointment to meditate together for 45 minutes. For a year of accompaniment: 24 dialogues for 48 hours, 48 ​​regular meditations.
